Research On Corporate Culture Construction Of ZT Securities

As a new kind of management thought,the theory of enterprise culture originally practiced in Japan,summarized and presented by scholars in European and United States.It was introduced in China in twenty eighties.With the increasing competition of market economy,the theory of enterprise culture is more and more important in enterprise competition.The enterprise has a strong cultural advantages can win in the fierce market competition.The twenty-first Century is called Culture Win Era,through strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to gain competitive advantage has become urgent demand of many enterprises.This paper explores the enterprise culture construction of ZT securities company who has a history of more than ten years.The introduction part mainly introduces the historical background,research methods and basic framework of enterprise culture as a management thought.The theory summary part introduces the concept,function and effect of enterprise culture proceeded from the general theory.The third part focuses on the current enterprise culture status of ZT securities company,using attribution method to identify the existing problems and shortcoming and thoroughly analyzing the causes of these problems.On the basis,countermeasures and suggestions are presented according to the root of these problems.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of financial enterprise culture construction from the perspective of working system construction and culture landing,systematically proposing enterprise culture landing framework.The perspective is novel.This paper has stronger operability and universal promotion significance.This paper analyzes the root of existing problems in enterprise culture of ZT securities company and puts forward suggestions for improvement which has a certain reference in enterprise culture construction for other domestic securities companies.
