The Influencing Factors And Path Choice Of Manufacturing Service In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of economic globalization and modern information technology,the traditional manufacturing production mode is undergoing profound changes,and the role of service in the manufacturing industry is increasingly valued by enterprises.At present,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.Manufacturing is the basic industry of China's national economy.Manufacturing service development is an effective means to promote high-quality economic development.Domestic manufacturing companies are also increasingly aware of services.The important role and service as an important means of gaining market competitiveness,the status of service elements in the production and operation of manufacturing enterprises has been improved.For Fujian Province,promoting the service-oriented strategy of manufacturing industry is conducive to building competitive advantage,realizing industrial upgrading,and accelerating the realization of supply-side reform strategy.Therefore,studying the influencing factors and path choices of manufacturing service in Fujian Province,promoting Fujian The development of provincial manufacturing service is of great significance.Based on the acceleration of Fujian's manufacturing service transformation,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the factors affecting Fujian's manufacturing serviceization and its development path based on the research results of manufacturing service research at home and abroad.Firstly,it sorts out and summarizes the literatures on the research and service of domestic manufacturing at home and abroad,clarifies the research status of manufacturing service at the present stage,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,it deeply studies the current situation of manufacturing service in Fujian Province.As well as the problems faced,it is concluded that the development of manufacturing industry in Fujian Province must be transformed into manufacturing services,which lays a realistic foundation for the research of this paper.Again,using structural equation modeling to analyze the influencing factors and paths of manufacturing service,find The latent variables andobserved variables that influence the manufacturing service path of the manufacturing industry include the market environment,technological progress,labor quality,firm size and profitability.The latent variables each contain two or three observed variables,and then The relationship between manufacturing serviceization and the relationship between these latent variables and their respective observed variables are assumed.Then,using Fujian structural listed companies as research samples,structural equation models are used to verify these hypotheses.The empirical results show,technological progress,labor quality and enterprise scale The latent variables have a significant positive impact on the manufacturing service industry in Fujian Province,and the degree of influence is sequentially weakened in order.The two observing variables such as the proportion of undergraduate and above and the per capita operating income also have a positive impact on the service level of manufacturing.Finally,based on the research results,this paper proposes a series of targeted countermeasures to improve the manufacturing service of Fujian Province from the value chain level,the main and auxiliary separation level,and the competitive advantage level,hoping to help the transformation of manufacturing service in Fujian Province.
