Agriural green development is an important part of building ecological civilization,and also the only way for China to move forward from a large agriural country to an agriural power.The prominent problem of agriural green development is excessive use of pesticides.Under the background of pesticide efficiency and reduction,the use of pesticides by farmers with different planting scales is different.This paper is to explore the different planting scales,the different behaviors of pesticide application and the optimal planting scale of farmers.At present,the contradiction between the application of pesticides and the green development of agriure is becoming more and more prominent,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the total amount and intensity of pesticide application remain high,but the output of unit pesticide grain is not increasing,and the dependence of farmers' grain on pesticides is increasing;the overall use structure of pesticides is unreasonable,especially the application amount of green and biological pesticides is too low,and most of farmers are more toxic For strong pesticide,this paper takes the drug use of farmers in grain production as the research object,uses the data obtained from the interview survey of 359 farmers in Xihua county,and under the guidance of the basic theories of econometrics and environmental economics,discusses the rational mechanism of pesticide application at the present stage in China from the micro level.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.Based on the random analysis and production technology efficiency,the technology efficiency of pesticide was deduced and calculated,and the Tobit model was used to study the influencing factors.The education level of household heads,participation in agriural technology training and grain planting area have a significant positive impact on the technical efficiency of pesticide application,while the family force has a significant negative impact on it.2.Based on the production function of ccobb Douglas,the model of the optimal production scale of land is constructed.The optimal scale of grain in the research area is 32.2625 mu,and the average land transfer area is 11.1906 mu.3.In the comparison of farmers with different planting scales,the amount of pesticide used by farmers is not directly proportional to the grain output,and farmers have obvious excessive pesticide application.The larger the planting scale is,the more rational the pesticide application is.Therefore,in order to ensure the unshakable contracted management right of rural households,rural land management transfer,as a practical and important system supplement,is in line with the reality of the transfer of rural force to non-agriural industries,which can make up for the lack of system caused by the average distribution of land fragmentation and the lack of efficiency in agriural management,and optimize the production of force,land and capital Allocation efficiency of production factors.On the basis of not changing the basic use of land,by improving the laws and regulations of land transfer,the market of rural land management right transfer and transaction is established to build a platform for both sides of agriural land supply and demand,and realize the moderate scale production of agriure.
