In recent years,with the development of Internet,communication and Internet of things technology,Internet companies have developed rapidly.The rich content application and customer-based personalized marketing of Internet companies have brought great challenges to telecom operators.At the same time,the promotion of Number Portability and the commercial use of 5g technology further weaken the advantages of traditional business operation of telecom operators.The lack of personalized demand exploration and no targeted marketing activities,the traditional extensive operation did not combine the operator's products and user's needs effectively.As a result,the success rate of marketing was low,which would lead to the crisis that the operator may be reduced to a "pipeline".So,the implementation of precise marketing to meet the user's personalized needs is imminent.This paper takes HN Telecom Company as an example,mainly through the following aspects to illustrate the necessity,feasibility and effectiveness of precision marketing based on big data1.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current business model of HN telecom company,and points out that the traditional business model can no longer meet the needs of users and the market;2.The feasibility of big data technology application in the marketing activities of HN telecom company is illustrated by the guarantee of comprehensive data sources and the development of big data platform;3.This paper summarizes the development effect of precision marketing based on big data of HN telecom company,and explains the effectiveness of precision marketing in HN telecom company.
