At present,China has become the largest market for cross-border e-commerce,of which export cross-border e-commerce is the dominant market for cross-border ecommerce in China.China's export cross-border e-commerce market has spread throughout the world,Europe is China's export cross-border e-commerce market,and China is also europe's first source of cross-border e-commerce.In order to protect their markets and regulate the development of cross-border e-commerce industry,European countries have strengthened supervision in taxation,intellectual property rights,thirdparty cross-border payments,customs clearance,etc.under the lead of the European Union.As a result,China's export cross-border e-commerce companies also face a number of compliance risks.The compliance of China's export cross-border ecommerce is influenced by a variety of factors,and the exposure of compliance issues in the development of China's export cross-border e-commerce in Europe by internal and external common factors has reduced the competitiveness of China's export crossborder e-commerce in the European market.If China's export cross-border e-commerce companies are to continue to expand their presence in the European market,they must comply with European regulatory policies and improve compliance in order to further enhance their competitiveness in Europe and other overseas markets.On the basis of collecting a lot of data,this paper studies the development status of China's export cross-border e-commerce,analyzes the development environment of the European e-commerce market,discusses the regulatory policies of the E-commerce industry in the European Union and other European countries,and studies the compliance problems and reasons of China's export cross-border e-commerce in the European market by various methods.Based on specific cases,the specific cases analyze the measures that export cross-border e-commerce should take to achieve compliance operations in the current regulatory context in Europe.The article is divided into five parts.Firstly,the research background and significance of the article are put forward,the research status of cross-border e-commerce in taxation,intellectual property rights,third-party cross-border payment and customs clearance is expounded,and the research methods are introduced.Secondly,the article introduces the development of cross-border e-commerce in China and Europe,and the European regulatory policies on taxation,intellectual property rights,third-party cross-border payment,customs and so on.Third,the compliance status of China's export crossborder e-commerce companies in Europe is revealed,revealing the existing compliance problems and influencing factors.After that,the method of case analysis is used to analyze how China's export cross-border e-commerce enterprises achieve compliance from the four angles of taxation,intellectual property rights,third-party cross-border payment and customs clearance,and summarize the general law for other export crossborder e-commerce companies to learn from.Finally,summarize the contents of the study,respectively,from the enterprise point of view and the national perspective for China's export cross-border e-commerce regulation and compliance to put forward relevant recommendations.
