Human resources are the primary resource of economic development,on which other economic resource must rely. Human resources allocation is the key that whether human resources can fully play its role or not. Shannxi Deyuan Fugu Energy Ltd. combine electric power and coal mines as a whole corporate entity unit. There are many questions in the actual human resource allocation, such as unreasonable total of human resource allocation and so on.Combining the basic theory of human resources, a quantitative analysis is used in the optimization of human resource allocation.
