With the rapid development of information technology,network technology,computing technology,and intelligent technology continue to mature and update,information service models and products continue to emerge,and information technology continues to penetrate into other fields.In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and informatization has penetrated into various areas of the economy and society.Informatization and innovation and integration between various industries have become an important driving force for China's economic development,which has important support for economic and social development leading role.Changchun Jinyan Information Technology Co.Ltd.was established in early 2019 and mainly provides computer information related business services.As a typical technology-based SME,it faces fierce market competition from the outside,and internal management and operation challenges that need to be improved.Enterprises urgently need to clarify their development strategies,combine with their own conditions,find and establish competitive advantages,and base themselves on fierce industry competition.This article applies strategic management theory and uses tools such as PEST analysis,Porter's Five Forces Model,and SWOT analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of Changchun Jinyan Information Technology Co.,Ltd.By analyzing the external environment and the internal environment,the company's advantages,Disadvantages,opportunities and threats,it is proposed that companies should prioritize the focus strategy as the company's development strategy,and then combine service differentiation methods to provide more comprehensive and better products and services than competitors.At the same time,combined with a certain degree of cost leadership strategy,we pursue cost leadership under the premise of focusing on the target market and achieving differentiation,and strive to establish a competitive advantage on the basis of meeting the individual needs of customers.This article is divided into four parts.The first part expounds the background,significance,methods and content of the research.The second part analyzes company's development status,existing problems,and problem reasons,and points out the lack of strategic awareness and ambiguous strategic planning of the company.The third part analyzes the company's external macro environment by using the PEST analysis method,and uses the five-force model to analyze the company's industry competition environment.At the same time,it also analyzes the company's internal material resources,organizational resources,human Resources were analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the SWOT matrix analysis method is used to analyze the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats,and draw corresponding strategic decisions.The fourth part clarifies company's strategic goals,strategic choices,implementation and safeguard measures to ensure the company's strategic goals are successfully achieved.
