With the rapid development of economy and society, the household contract responsibility system is no longer suitable for the requirements of rural construction in the new era;the system of average land distribution is seriously restricting the economic benefits of land scale and the growth rate of farmers' income;coupled with the continuous expansion of the scale of the modern rural surplus labor force to go out to work, the phenomenon of farmland abandonment is becoming more and more serious. In order to stop the waste of land in time and improve the efficiency of land use, rural land transfer is bound to become the driving force of the trend of social economy. As the main body of land transfer,it is necessary to study whether the land transfer will bring benefits to farmers' lives. From the perspective of rural land transfer, this paper explores the impact of rural land transfer(land outflow and land inflow)on Farmers' income in recent years, and obtains the corresponding results through empirical analysis,in order to lay the foundation for the scale economic effect of land transfer and provide reference value for the implementation of relevant policies.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of rural land transfer, summarizes the relevant literature, and combs the relationship between rural land transfer and farmers' income;secondly, based on the 2016 China Household tracking survey data(CFPS),the author makes a descriptive analysis of the income data of farmers who participate in the land transfer and who do not participate in the land transfer, and makes a clearance In order to study the influence degree and direction of the land transfer on the income,a multiple linear regression model about the transfer behavior and different types of income is established. At the same time,in order to further study the impact of the transfer behavior on different income level farmers,a quantile regression is constructed to study the impact of the land outflow and the land inflow on high, medium and low income level farmers And analyze the significance. The analysis results are as follows:(1)There is a significant "income" effect in the land circulation, and the farmers who participate in the land circulation can get higher economic income than the farmers who do not participate in the land circulation;(2)In terms of different transfer behaviors, the inflow of land can significantly improve the income of agricultural operation, while the outflow of land has no significant impact on the growth of the income of migrant workers;(3)In the land transfer model, land transfer has a significant impact on the household income of low and middle income farmers;(4)In the model of land inflow, land inflow has a significant positive impact on the income increase of all income level households, and with the increase of income level, the impact coefficient is increasing.Through the above analysis, combined with the actual situation,we can draw the following conclusions: 1.Further improve the land circulation market, improve and standardize the land transaction system, and provide system guarantee for rural land circulation;2.Encourage the willing and conditional farmers to carry out appropriate scale operation, and create favorable conditions for agricultural scale production;3.In order to promote the sustainable and stable growth of farmers' income,we should In order to expand the income effect of farmers,we should strengthen human capital investment in education and technical training.
