| With the continuous development of economy and technology,and the acceleration of urbanization,China’s agriculture is in a critical period of transformation,from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The household contract responsibility system is no longer suitable for the requirements of modern agriculture in the new era.The original land system has restrained the improvement of scale economic benefits of land and the growth of farmers’ income.In addition,with the continuous progress of modern agricultural technology,there are more and more rural surplus labor force,the scale of migrant workers is expanding,and the phenomenon of land abandonment is becoming more and more serious.In order to prevent a large number of land waste and ensure food security in China,rural land circulation is an inevitable trend to promote economic development and improve land use efficiency.The land transfer system is a great product based on the combination of the household contract responsibility system,Marx’s land property rights theory and the actual situation in rural areas in China.This system optimizes the allocation of land resources and labor forces in rural areas,while concentrating the land in the hands of some people,to achieve economies of scale.On this basis,from the perspective of land transfer,this paper explores the impact of land transfer process on farmers’ income in De Yang,and draws empirical results through linear regression.Based on the results,this paper puts forward conclusions and relevant policy recommendations.In this context,based on property rights theory,land rent theory and resource allocation theory,this paper comprehensively analyzes the influence mechanism of land transfer on farmers’ income in De Yang City under the background of "Three Changes and five social organizations" reform.On the basis of theoretical analysis,multiple linear regression model and quantile regression model are constructed,and the data obtained from field research are used to empiricly analyze the influence degree of land circulation on different farmers in De Yang City.The research findings are as follows:(1)To a certain extent,land circulation promotes the income growth of rural households in De Yang City.(2)Land circulation has a positive effect on farmers’ income in De Yang City,but some factors are negatively correlated with their income.(3)The impact of land transfer on farmers with different income levels is different.(4)The "three changes and five social organizations" reform in De Yang City has achieved initial results and advanced steadily,but there are some problems in the process of promoting."Through field investigation and empirical analysis of De Yang city results obtained in this paper,the research conclusion,and on the basis of De Yang city government put forward the policy recommendations,main Suggestions are perfecting the land circulation market and land property right system,accelerate the cultivation of new agricultural management main body,strengthen the farmer vocational training and employment support and increase financial support for agricultural development... |
