In the context of global economic slowdown,China's economic development is also slowing down year by year.The business prosperity of domestic enterprises has also been declining,and most of them are lack of efficiency growth.Domestic commercial banks are fully integrated into the wave of global economic integration.The banking industry is facing multiple challenges from the external market.At the same time,the banking industry should constantly improve its internal strengths and strengthen its internal risk management.Under the background of the sharp increase of industry competition pressure,related problems such as inadequate capacity of employees,structural imbalance and brain drain of key positions in Banks and so on keep emerging.As an underdeveloped area in China,the western region is short of middle and high-level talents.Due to the reasons of the regional financial industry and Lanzhou branch of the postal savings bank itself,personnel flow has been frequent in recent years,especially the dimission of key staff.Based on the above research background,on the basis of sorting out the relevant theories of employee dimission,this paper firstly interviews the leaders to understand the current situation of internal turnover,the understanding of the leaders on key positions and the recent dimisson of key positions.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of key post employees,the paper obtains the reasons of key post employees' resignation in Lanzhou Branch,which are mainly reflected in salary level,position promotion,performance equity,leadership management,personal career planning,work pressure;Through the investigation on the satisfaction and turnover intention of employees in key positions,the reasons for resignation were verified.The investigation found that employees in key positions were dissatisfied at the organizational level,leadership level and individual level,and had turnover intention.Finally,based on the analysis and the current business development situation of Lanzhou branch,according to the reasons of resignation,it puts forward systematic and targeted improvement programs from the organizational level,leadership level and personal level.At present,the key position personnel are the key to the bank's external competitiveness and internal risk control ability,which has far-reaching significance for the bank's sustainable and stable operation in the future.Therefore,reducing the turnover rate of employees in key positions and cultivating the enterprise loyalty of employees in key positions can improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Lanzhou Branch,improve the quality of assets,enhance the ability of risk control,and ultimately achieve profit growth and sustainable development.
