With the advent of the Internet era,our daily lifestyle and consumption habits are changing;enterprises are also quietly changing their strategies for talent development.Some enterprises with strategic vision have begun to focus on human resource management and applied “big data” as a useful tool in it along with other tools.For these enterprises,how to optimize the allocation of human resources is the key to survive in the competitive market.Recruitment management is the entry point to achieve the optimal allocation of personnel.Efficient recruitment management can not only improve the quality and composition of personnel,but also provide suggestions of optimizing the management system,hence,bring significant innovation in technology and management to the enterprise.This article selects the Reader Gansu Digital Technology CO.,LTD.as the research object,elaborates the current situation of recruitment management of the company based on the knowledge of human resources,analyzes the major issues and the causes in each stage of recruitment management in depth.The article also brought up the optimization countermeasures based on the advanced research and experience in the domestic and foreign companies,consequently,improved the quality of the recruitment.Then,basing on recruitment management,continuously improving the training system and incentive mechanism,eventually reach to enhanced the core competitiveness of Reader Gansu Digital Technology CO.,LTD..It also provides effective theoretical reference and practical experience for the same type of enterprisesThis article will focus on the recruitment management system of Reader Gansu Digital Technology CO.,LTD..Using methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to study the countermeasures of optimizing the recruitment management system.There are five parts in this article: the first part introduces the research background,purpose and significance;the second part is to define the relevant concepts of recruitment management;The third part elaborates the currentsituation of the recruitment management system and analyzes the existing problems and causes within Reader Gansu Digital Technology CO.,LTD.;The fourth part is the study of the the recruitment management system in Reader Gansu Digital Technology CO.,LTD.and put forward the optimization countermeasures;The fifth part introduced the safeguard measures for the implementation of recruitment management system.Lastly,providing references for the optimization research of recruitment management of other enterprises in the industry.
