An Evaluation Study On The Implementation Effect Of The Subsidized Housing Project In Zhangye City

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)puts forward that we should speed up the establishment of a housing system with multi-subject supply,multi-channel guarantee,and the combination of renting and purchasing,so as to enable all the people to live in a dwelling place.Governments at all levels take an active part in building an all-round security system for housing projects.It not only helps to improve people's livelihood and promote the harmonious and stable development of society,but also promotes economic growth,expands domestic demand,promotes the development of related industries and speeds up the process of urbanization.However,there are some phenomena which are not effective and violate the original intention of the policy and become the focus of the government and the society.Therefore,this study will evaluate the implementation effect of the affordable housing project in Zhangye,reveal the existing problems in the implementation effect of the affordable housing project in Zhangye,and deeply analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions It provides reference for the implementation of the security housing project in the future.First of all,this paper uses the key index method as the core evaluation method,and uses Delphi method to select the first and second key index of the four dimensions of completion degree,economic benefit,social benefit and fairness,And run a validity analysis and to allocate the weight Constructing a relatively scientific performance evaluation system.Then use the Delphi method to determine the scoring criteria and grading criteria.Then use the Delphi method to determine the scoring criteria and grading criteria.Then,the paper makes an empirical study on the implementation effect of the affordable housing project in Zhangye.The data sources mainly include official data and survey data.The evaluation results of the four firstclass indicators are as follows: the completion score is 3.9,better;Economic Efficiency Score 1.51414,poor;Social Efficiency Score 3.28806,good;fairness score2.98135,fair.The overall assessment result is 3.141043,the grade is good.Finally,thepaper reveals the existing problems and causes,and puts forward optimization countermeasures and suggestions.
