Study On Improvement Of New Product Development Project Management For Zobele Company

With the continuous advancement of society,various new technologies emerge in an endless stream,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the life cycle of products is becoming shorter and shorter.In order to win the living space,enterprises must constantly develop new products to meet the needs of consumers.As a manufacturer of small household appliances,Zobele company is also facing various problems in the development of new products.To this end,this paper proposes a solution for new product development project management,hoping to help Zobele company shorten the development cycle,control development costs,and ensure project quality,in order to improve the competitiveness of the new products of the company.This paper takes the process of new product development project management as the entry point.combined with the project management theory and the management status of Zobele company,points out the existing problems and causes in new product development project management of small household appliances in the Zobele company,and using the new product development and project management related theories,proposed the improvement scheme for the project management of the new product development in Zobele company: First,reengineering the project management process of the new product development of the Zobele company,and the Stage-Gate system is used to control and review the gates of the project,to effectively shorten development time and meet project profit.Secondly,control the cost of new product development projects of the company and propose a systemized cost control solution to ensure effective monitoring of project budget.Finally,the project quality of the Zobele company was upgraded,and control the project process to ensure the quality of the project were adopted,thereby effectively improving the quality management level of the project.At the same time,this paper also expounds the implementation plan and implementation safeguard measures of the new product development project management improvement program.The research results of this paper not only provide the improvement direction and guidance suggestions for the follow-up new product development project management of Zobele company,but also provide a reference and draw lessons for new product development project management in other small household appliance industries.
