Research On Investment Promotion Of J District Of Xuzhou City Under The Background Of "Releasing Management Service"

The research on investment management under the background of "business management service" provides a new research perspective for local governments to do a good job in investment management under the current policy environment of "business management service" reform.The continuous promotion of the reform of "deregulation services" has optimized the local business environment,cleared the institutional barriers to the development of investment subjects,and will inevitably affect the change of the direction and focus of investment management of local governments.In this paper,literature research,field investigation,case analysis and other research methods are used.Firstly,the reform of "management service" and the management of investment attraction are studied theoretically.Then,the role of the government in the management of investment attraction is defined,which provides a theoretical basis for the local government to carry out the management of investment attraction in the next step.In order to make the research more full and comprehensive,this paper selects J District of Xuzhou City as the research object,studies the promotion of the reform of "releasing management service" and the management of investment attraction,points out the existing problems of investment attraction management in J District objectively through investigation and research,and analyzes the causes of the problems in J District in depth.In order to better promote the investment management of J District,this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign investment management practices,and puts forward suggestions on investment management of J district.The research shows that the reform of "deregulation service" has cleared the institutional barriers for the development of the real economy,injected the development vitality,and provided a good environment for the local government to carry out investment management and break through the development bottleneck.Only by combining the market development trend,steadily pushing forward the reform of "releasing management service",purifying the business environment and clarifying the functions of local government in attracting investment,can we provide a solid foundation for the management of local government in attracting investment.
