Performance appraisal is the process and result of the company's managers.By implementing the rewards and punishments,the employees are found to be aware of their behavioral deviations and take corresponding measures to correct them,so as to encourage employees to improve their work performance and keep consistent with the business objectives.Performance appraisal is an important way for modern enterprises to motivate employees and enhance their competitiveness.As the contractor,JF Corporate Affairs ServicesDepartment undertakes part of the business of Xi'an Economic & Technological Development Zone Government Affairs Service Center.Through the in-depth analysis of JF's current performance appraisal system and its implementation status,it is found that there are many problems in the current performance appraisal.It is expected that the research in this paper will improve the performance of JF's government service department staff and meet the work requirements of the government service center.Helping to provide more efficient and high-quality government services for the masses and enterprises.Based on the current performance appraisal of JF's government service department staff,this paper draws on the advanced theory and experience of performance appraisal,and designs a new performance appraisal plan in a targeted manner,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the new performance appraisal plan.Firstly,the paper uses the literature research method to sort out and summarize the relevant domestic and international research results of the performance appraisal content,process,methods,problems and improvement measures of the staff performance appraisal,and present the status,problems and optimization of the performance appraisal of JF company's government service department.Subsequent research such as program design provides theoretical support.Secondly,the thesis uses the interview method to fully understand the status quo and problems of the performance appraisal of JF company's government service department.For this reason,we enter the department to do data collection,and also interview some employees to do a good job of researching the papers.data support.Finally,the JF company's government service department's performance appraisal optimization plan designed by comparative analysis method is based on the in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal of the current administrative service department,fully exploiting its advantages and disadvantages,correcting its shortcomings and using its advantages as much as possible.And formed.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)The analysis of the status quo of the performance appraisal of JF company's government service department found that the current performance appraisal system has deviations from the appraisal index system and the employee's job responsibilities,some performance appraisal indicators are difficult to accurately measure,and the performance appraisal cycle is unreasonable.Problems such as independent performance appraisal institutions have not been established,resulting in insignificant incentives for performance appraisal for employees;(2)Performance appraisal optimization program is the lobby of the government service department according to the differences in work location,business type,job responsibilities,etc.The employees of the three service groups of the group,the window service group and the back-end management group respectively designed a differentiated indicator system;(3)the organizational structure,assessment content,assessment process of the performance appraisal implementation plan of the JF company's government service department employee performance appraisal program,Detailed content and links such as reward and punishment measures and performance feedback are specified.In order to ensure the true implementation of the performance appraisal optimization program of JF company's government service department,this paper proposes safeguard measures from four aspects: organization,system,material and culture.The superiority of the newly designed performance appraisal plan compared with the original plan should be significant.This paper expects to improve the performance of employees' work through the implementation of the program and improve the quality and efficiency of the government service business.Considering that the government will directly outsource current government services,the successful experience of JF's Administrative Services Department can be promoted to other similar companies.
