Research On Procurement Risk Management Of T Enterprise

In the past four decades since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and remarkable achievements have been made in all areas.The development of automobile industry is undoubtedly one of the most dazzling gems.Most international automobile manufacturers have invested and built factories in China,which has driven the development of related industries at the same time.Domestic and foreign steel mills are the main automotive steel plate development strategy.However,with the recent saturation of the automobile market,the steel industry also faces fierce market competition.Due to the limitations of steel enterprises in terms of capital,resources,surrounding environment and management ability,it is impossible for enterprises to be comprehensive in the management process.Therefore,there are many risks in the practice of procurement control,which bring great trouble to the subsequent production and operation of enterprises.This paper mainly combines the theory of risk management with the control of enterprise procurement,hoping to analyze and manage the risk in the process of enterprise procurement control through the theory and method of risk management.Improve company risk management system,monitor daily work risk,take reasonable measures to deal with risk.Taking T enterprise as the research object,this paper first introduces the basic concept of enterprise procurement control,the basic theory of risk management.Then it analyzes the problems in the procurement control and risk management process of T enterprise,lists the main problems in the procurement risk control and risk management process of T enterprise.Through the diagnosis of the procurement business of T enterprise,the procurement control risk of T enterprise is identified,and the procurement risk of T enterprise is classified and graded.Combined with the actual situation of T enterprise and the experience of experts of T enterprise,the risk analysis and practical verification of specific procurement projects of T enterprise in the practice process are finally carried out.The results of risk assessment of specific projects and the risks that should be focused on provide a practical basis for the application and promotion of this method in enterprise T,and provide some references for other enterprises in procurement risk control and management.
