The Research Of Optimized Strategy To NFT Telecom Corporation

Since the late 1980s China telecom experienced gradually deepening reform process. After the restructuring, China telecom is made of the new China Mobile, the new China Telecom and the new China Unicom in 2008. This situation beaks the telecom monopoly. The formation of competition and the change of the business pattern has brought an unprecedented challenges to the China Telecom. How to keep the continuous growth of the telecom industry becomes a difficult problem to domestic telecommunication enterprise. Effectively doing the performance management of the employee becomes an important issue which every telecom enterprise must face. Performance appraisal is the base of performance management. Only giving a scientifically and fairly performance appraisal can we do the performance management effectively.So this paper makes NFT telecom corporation the object.Making use of the knowledge about performance management and the methods of performance appraisal, this paper analyse the performance management system and describes the merit and shortage of it. It also puts forward optimum proposals of the system.
