Global economic integration provides new opportunities for development of countries all over the world,the logistics industry as an emerging industry has become the third profit source of promoting rapid world economic development.When it comes to 21 st century,with the external economic environment keep improving rapidly,the demestic macro-control policies continue to play an effective role in the background,the development of Chinese logistics enterprises have gained a very good opportunity,and made great progress,the service system has been perfected and normalized gradually.As far as the logistics enterprises are concerned,performance management in the developing process should be taken seriously and solve the important subject,improving the efficiency of logistics enterprise performance management and quality,the formation of core competence in logistics enterprises has important practical and theoretical significance.This article first expounds the overview related to the balanced scorecard and performance management,with TY company as an example,this paper introduces the TY company development course,organization structure and human resources from three aspects,described the TY company performance management status.In the meanwhile questionnaire survey is adopted to improve the performance management problem analysis.The SWOT analysis,strategic goals and strategic maps for the enterprise from the balanced scorecard to establish evaluation index which laid a solid foundation.Then,from the four dimensions of balanced scorecard to select the suitable for enterprise actual situation of evaluation index,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the concrete index weight.This thesis constitute TY company performance management system from the company level,department level and staff level,which has carried on the follow-up feedback.Finally it introduces the performance management implementation safeguard of the TY company availing the balanced scorecard measures,to ensure the balanced scorecard in TY company run smoothly.Finally,the conclusion includes:firstly,the balanced scorecard is the premise of effective logistics enterprise performance management;secondly,using the balanced scorecard to make more comprehensive index system of performance management and system;thirdly,form whole departments and staff level performance indicators is a crucial part of the balanced scorecard.TY company availing the balanced scorecard performance management system provides a new research direction,to give full play to the role of performance management system in the enterprise strategy to guide it,at the same time for other logistics enterprises using the balanced scorecard in performance management,this thesis provides the reference.
