With the change of the society,the new economic era is coming,and the enterprises in the new era are facing more and more fierce challenges and competition.In such a situation,the management mode of the enterprise must be changed,and the strategic management is an inevitable trend of the transformation.At the same time,the form of balanced scorecard came into being.In 1992,professor Roca Champlain of Harvard Business School and Noton who is a CEO at Norland Norton Research Institute,first co-sponsored the theory.They were put forward after studying the performance appraisal experience of many famous American enterprises,and then attracted wide attention.The balanced scorecard has its own incomparable advantages,which caused great success in the application of foreign enterprises.Gartner report shows the fact that More than 50% of the top 1000 companies applied balanced Scorecard to Strategic performance Management in the world.China introduced it in 1996.Although it was later than abroad,its implementation was not unsatisfactory.The reasons are as follows.Firstly,this tool was produced in the western economic environment.However,the economic environment in China is quite different from that in the West.Secondly,Our entrepreneurs' management ideas are too conservative,and their ability to accept new things is poor.Finally,there is still a big gap in the study of this aspect in our country.Based on the above,this paper aims to study the application of this management tool in domestic enterprises,the reasons and solutions.The study of the text is carried out roughly from six aspects:1.introduction2.literature review on this management tool at home and abroad 3.Theoretical analysis,design principles and design steps,the theoretical analysis includes the introduction of basic principles,characteristics of indicators and causality.4.This part describes a series of contents of the questionnaire and,according to the valid questionnaire,summarizes the current situation of the application of the questionnaire to the enterprises in Beijing.5.A series of correlation problems in the application of this management tool in Chinese enterprises are summarized.6.Suggestions and tips on how to promote the application of the management tool in our country.This paper mainly uses the method of questionnaire to understand the application of balanced Scorecard in Beijing`s Companies,reasons for not implementing the management tool and what problems generally occur in the implementation process,etc.The purpose of the study is to understand the results of the balanced Scorecard promotion in the country at the overall level,and put forward rationalization proposals.
