First of all, analysis the YM status of purchasing management and the problems in the face of YM company in the procurement management, including the failure of supplier selection and assessment, the problem that procurement mode can’t meet the requirement of small batch and more varieties, unstable material quality and higher price, and lack of training and KPI. Based on above problems, propose several optimization tactics, including supplier selection and assessment process system improvements, add sales forecast and improve procurement management mode, suppliers participate in the early stage of the product development, perfecting the assessment mechanism for the training of buyer, etc.This thesis can provide direct guidance to YM optimization of purchasing management, and reference to similar enterprises.
