The Case Study Of Employee Knowledge Management Problems Of Q Company

With the development of economy,China's industrial structure is gradually improving under the combined effect of national industrial policies and internal self-adjustment forces of enterprises.However,under the development trend of globalization,enterprises are facing both opportunities and challenges.How to use modern information technology,solve the problems in traditional production,realize the effective application of information and technology innovation,become the key to enterprise growth and development.Through the in-depth analysis of Q company,aiming at the problem of insufficient knowledge management of employees,this paper analyzes the incomplete system structure of knowledge management system and the lack of synergy of enterprise culture by using knowledge management theory,knowledge management maturity model,SECI model and incentive theory,combined with sampling questionnaire survey,employee interview cases and data analysis methods.The problems of incomplete functions of knowledge management platform and insufficient driving force of knowledge information innovation in manufacturing system are put forward,such as the system framework of knowledge management system,the coordinated development of enterprise culture,the construction of knowledge management platform for sustainable development,and the pilot exploration of knowledge and information innovative intelligent manufacturing,so as to solve the problem of insufficient knowledge management of its employees and help enterprises to manage the knowledge owned by employees effectively.And under a certain mechanism to stimulate the innovative application of knowledge and information technology,so that it maintains a strong core competitiveness.This paper hopes that the research on knowledge management of Q company can be used for reference by semiconductor enterprises or other high-tech enterprises,so as to help realize the effective utilization of information in this enterprises,and accelerate the development and innovation speed of advanced manufacturing industry.
