In recent years,with the rapid development of deepening China "Internet plus" thinking and the Internet industry,a large number of start-ups related to Internet are springing up.Start-ups,however,in addition to the project,funds,by stumbles on factors such as market orientation,talent is also a key factor restricting the ability of steady development.At present,because the Internet start-ups affect by the internal system of human resource management which is not perfect,and external fierce competition environment,there are a series of problems in the enterprise recruitment: the lack of systematic planning,recruitment standards are not clearly defined,recruitment channel choice is not scientific,the lack of talent assessment tools,the professional quality of recruiters is not high and the company's culture and image publicity opportunities are neglected in the recruitment process etc.Type research of the thesis is committed to further analyze the recruitment problems of the start-up Internet companies,using the theory of modern human resources,management of relevant economic theory,and combining the methods of literature research,mathematical statistics,investigation,interview method,and then sum up a feasible solution,which can make the the start-up Internet companies get a batch of high quality,high loyalty of employees,to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and make the enterprise to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition in the market.Since People born in the 80 s and 90 s have become the leading force in the Internet industry,I introduced the concept of gaming recruitment to start-up Internet companies,in order to accurately examine the candidate's ability to do things and solve problems.For start-ups,meanwhile,how to build a mature standard recruitment system,optimize the human resource management,find more high-quality talents,has certain reference significance.
