Since prime minister Li Keqiang,in September 2014,put forward "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" after the call,a lot of people including graduating college students,white-collar workers in the workplace,in the enterprise are inputs such as executives to self-employment.But few Internet companies can stick.Investigate its reason,on the Internet enterprises belong to the knowledge intensive enterprise,the knowledge intensive enterprise core competitiveness from the enterprise's core talented person,at the same time,the core of talent team and also one of the essential elements of Internet enterprise valuation or financing.Therefore,the emphasis on talents and the importance of human resources work,the scientific method and process of excellent talent selection are particularly important to the start-up Internet companies.This article through to the Shanghai Yuetan network technology co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the Shanghai Yuetan network),analyzed the present situation and problems of recruitment of Shanghai Yuetan network and summarized about the main problems existing in the original recruitment: strong randomicity recruitment planning poorly personnel reserve enough;lack of investment and professional difference;the evaluation method and evaluation method are single;lack of timely recruitment feedback and evaluation,and analyze the causes of existing problems from the strategic perspective of start-up internet enterprises.Combining with the characteristics of the development of Shanghai Yuetan network and modern recruitment management theory,this article put forward the overall plan of recruitment and optimize design proposal:human resource planning and back-up personnel reserve,including decomposition to the quarter of the annual human resources planning and design,digital management of enterprise talent pool;design of job analysis and post evaluation system,including job description,job analysis and evaluation,establishment of broadband salary of grade system,etc.Combining with the characteristics of enterprise of choose and employ persons develop a variety of recruitment channels,including channel,offline technical or management class activities,social networking and social events,new products combined withtraditional recruitment recruitment,professional and technical BBS and website;Recruitment evaluation and feedback,including internal evaluation of talent recruitment,recruitment of external feedback,etc.Finally,to ensure the smooth operation of the Shanghai Yuetan network about net recruitment strategy implementation,from the build equal and fun learning organization,and improve the performance management and appraisal system of Internet enterprises characteristics,to provide fair and reasonable material incentive to comprehensive wage jobs and ability,build the Internet people-oriented corporate culture,attaches great importance to the employee career development planning,five aspects,such as set up recruitment optimization design on the implementation of security measures.Through this study,we can find that talent recruitment management is a crucial factor to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.Although this study is aimed at Shanghai Yuetan network discussed net recruitment recruitment management strategy of status quo,but for other type start-up Internet companies recruitment design and reform also has a certain reference and guidance significance.
