JM Logistics Company is a member of many coal transportation enterprises in Wuhai City.The company,together with other coal transportation enterprises,provides coal transportation services for all kinds of coal,chemical and other enterprises in Wuhai City.Wuhai City is located in the South and west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.With the advantages of abundant mineral resources and low mining difficulty,it quickly developed into a well-known industrial city around it.About 60% of the annual gross product of Wuhai City is realized by the secondary industry,but sometimes the raw materials needed by the secondary industry enterprises can not be quickly transported.Although the products produced by the secondary industry enterprises have already arrived.Sales but can not be shipped out in time,which seriously affects the development of these enterprises,but also indirectly affects the overall development efficiency of the relevant industries.This paper takes JM Logistics Company as the research object,uses PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external macro-environment and industry competition environment of JM Logistics Company,combs out the problems of fund,management ability and driver's insufficiency in the operation process of JM Logistics Company,and then summarizes the experience and goods of JM Logistics Company through the analysis of internal resources and capabilities.Advantages in terms of source and scale and disadvantages in terms of lack of professionals,single business model and shortage of operating funds.This paper holds that the coal transportation industry in Wuhai City still has a great development prospect in the future.JM Logistics Company should insist on developing its own advantages in experience,supply and scale,and make up for its shortcomings from five aspects: fine management,human resources,capital investment,information channels and cost reduction.Through SWOT analysis,it is concluded that enterprises should choose SO strategy to develop themselves.It is clear that enterprises should take the road of specialization strategy in the next five years.After the company's development strategy is clear,they must resolutely implement it.Based on the research of JM logistics company,this paper sets the strategicdevelopment goals for JM logistics company in the next five years.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the company itself and the challenges of external environment and opportunities,this paper puts forward a reasonable planning and implementation direction for the specific strategy implementation,so as to make the future development of JM logistics company more independent and able to do greater and stronger.At the same time,I hope that this paper's research.The conclusion can provide reference and inspiration for the development of freight transport enterprises of the same scale and current situation in Wuhai and its surrounding areas.
