Research On Differential Innovation Of Risk Management Business Model Of NH Futures Company

Since February 1,2013,the China Futures Association promulgated the Guidelines for the Pilot Work of Establishing Subsidiaries of Futures Companies to Carry out Risk Management Services.Futures companies officially open their doors in the form of risk management subsidiaries to serve the real economy model.By 2018,the number of risk management subsidiaries of futures companies had reached 79.Although the number of risk management subsidiaries of futures companies has been growing rapidly,the business models of futures companies are seriously homogeneous,resulting in fierce competition among them,and the business models of many futures companies have stagnated.In this paper,Chinese traditional industry is the typical steel industry and relates to the agricultural products beneficial to the people's livelihood industry as an example,through the risk management subsidiary of a subsidiary of Futures Company for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries to provide risk management services as the main line,seek a meeting point for traditional industries and new financial instruments,to protect and safeguard for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries at the same time,the new development mode of Futures Company under the risk management subsidiary.First,a brief description of the background and significance of the topic is made.In the key period of China's economic restructuring,Futures Companyneeds to innovate its business models to better serve the development of the real economy.Secondly,the relevant research involved in this thesis is systematically combed.In the past,the research on subsidiaries of risk management of Futures Company has been analyzed from a certain perspective,and many studies have been carried out in the context of that time,which can no longer reflect the current development of Futures Company.Thirdly,the main business of the Futures Company subsidiary risk management subsidiary is introduced.Risk management business is mainly around the pledge of warehouse receipts,CO hedging,basis trading and pricing services business expansion module.Then,by introducing the Differentiation strategy theory of Management,we can find some differentiated strategy that the NH future company can rely on to develop well.Finally,Under the guidance of the differentiation theory,through the experience of carrying out risk business under the new situation,some models of business innovation are summed up.Through this research,we can not only Chinese the Futures Company under the risk management subsidiary development can have a profound understanding of,and to combine theory with practice,a key transition period for Chinese economic structure reasonable positioning Futures Company risk management services,the development of the real economy and better service.
