At the 40 th anniversary of the reform and opening up,China's urbanization is at a rapid development stage of 50%-70%.Urban land is an important carrier of urban development and economic activities.Due to the influence of urban economic development mode,resources are wasted and extensively utilized.Inefficiency and tensions between supply and demand,these issues affect urban development,how to improve and solve urban land use problems,and saving intensive use of land has become a key issue that cannot be ignored in urban development.This study takes Fujian Province as the research object.Based on the historical data from 2002 to 2016,based on the decoupling theory,this paper studies the spatial and temporal differences of urban land use efficiency in Fujian Province and various districts and cities from the perspectives of environmental constraints,population urbanization and economic development.And decoupling status.The development of economic and urban land use efficiency in Fujian Province from 2002 to 2016 was analyzed.The spatial difference of urban land use efficiency in Fujian Province and the expansion and emission reduction potential under environmental constraints were analyzed using the Theil index and the DDF-GML model.Tapio decoupling theory and IPAT equation are used to analyze the decoupling state of urban land use efficiency and economic development in Fujian Province.Based on the definition of decoupling type,the LMDI weight factor decomposition model is used to study the decoupling factors.The scenario analysis method is used to predict the future urban land of Fujian Province.Use the decoupling state of efficiency and propose policy recommendations to improve urban land efficiency.Research indicates:(1)During the period from 2002 to 2016,the urban development of Fujian Province was in good condition.Its economic growth,population urbanization and industrial restructuring were in a rising state,and urban land use efficiency continued to increase.(2)The regional differences in urban land use efficiency in Fujian Province have gradually narrowed,and the contribution differences in the southeastern regions(Fuzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhou,Putian,Longyan,and Zhangzhou)have been shrinkingand decreasing,and their clubs'convergence is significant,while the contribution of the northwestern region(Sanming City,Nanping City,Ningde City)is narrowed and stabilized,and the regional differences in urban land use change rates within the region have steadily declined.According to the environmental undesired emission reduction potential and expected expansion potential,each district and city in Fujian Province is divided into low-potential areas for land use,medium-potential areas for land use and high-potential areas for land use.(3)The urban land use efficiency of Fujian Province is weakly decoupled under economic growth,and the urban land use efficiency is on the rise.Under the urbanization of the population and the industrial structure,it is not ideal,and the decoupling index is changed with the time.The decline has shown that the urban land use efficiency of Fujian Province is constantly improving.The middle and northwestern regions of each district are mostly in a relatively weak decoupling state,and the southeastern region is transformed from the extended hook and weak hook state to the extended hook and weak decoupling state.(4)The effect of scale and economic output on the decoupling factors has the greatest impact on the decoupling of urban land use efficiency in Fujian Province.The decoupling types in the southeastern part of each district are affected by resource utilization effect,scale effect and economic output effect.The rate contribution is higher than the northwest.The contribution rate of various influencing factors has been decreasing with time,and the urban land use efficiency has been continuously improved.(5)Under the set benchmark development scenarios,economic intensive development scenarios and high-standard development scenarios,the urban land use efficiency of Fujian Province and each district and city is in a weak decoupling state,and the decoupling index is decreasing,which is expected to achieve weak decoupling.Turn to the ideal state of strong decoupling to achieve the greatest improvement in urban land use efficiency.
