Research On Optimization Of Logistics Management Of ZL Logistics Company

In recent years,China's machinery manufacturing industry has been struggling in the current weak market economic environment and can not find exports.In fact,in addition to optimizing design,improving quality and improving the global competitiveness of China's construction machinery industry,cost reduction and cost have become the guarantee for enterprises to overcome difficulties.Logistics,as a major cost in the field of construction machinery in China,can not only reduce the operating costs of enterprises,but also become another source of profits if it can be fully optimized and utilized.Taking ZL Logistics Company as the research object,this paper finds out the problems by analyzing the procurement,warehousing,production and distribution of ZL Logistics as well as sales logistics links.On this basis,using advanced management concepts and methods,this paper gives the rectification plan pertinently,and gives the corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the optimization of the plan.Generally speaking,the main direction of purchasing management is production guarantee,cost control and value-added.The realization of purchasing management needs the cooperation of all departments and staff.Moreover,purchasing management can not be achieved simply by lowering the purchasing price.It needs many strategies and departments.This paper uses weighted moving average method,ABC classification method and other research methods.Through the research,it is concluded that the main direction of the company's procurement management is production security,cost control and value-added.The realization of the company's procurement management needs the cooperation of the staff of all departments,and procurement.Management is by no means a simple way to reduce procurement prices,which requires the cooperation of multiple strategies and departments.Therefore,we need to improve the logistics service of ZL logistics and reduce the effect of logistics cost: improve the quality of business parts through the classification of purchasing,establish long-term and stable strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers,and constantly reduce the procurement cost;re-weigh the parts warehouse,processing workshop,paint workshop and equipment debugging site of the factory.New layout reduces waste in production and distribution process;through improving the accuracy of prediction,adopting appropriate production planning arrangement,reducing the labor and storage costs caused by unreasonable production planning.
