The basic elements of a manufacturing collaborative network are a variety of distributed,autonomous,uncertain virtualized manufacturing resources and personalized manufacturing tasks,in which various manufacturing resources are encapsulated as manufacturing services.Several manufacturing services form service teams to serve manufacturing tasks.In this service-oriented on-demand manufacturing model,the cooperation between service individuals in the same team can ensure the quality of service and reduce the cost of interaction.Therefore,in the manufacturing process,the behavior of manufacturing services will have a great impact on manufacturing results.It can be seen that the good cooperative relationship between manufacturing services is the basis for the stable operation of manufacturing cooperation network,and exploring the cooperative evolution of manufacturing service group can provide a theoretical basis for the effective operation of manufacturing collaborative network.In order to study the impact of trust on the cooperative behavior of manufacturing service,a trust evaluation method is designed for manufacturing services that can provide an effective basis for decision making of manufacturing services.A trust-based optimal response decision model is established to describe the decision-making process of manufacturing services.The fraud behavior of manufacturing service has been analyzed,exploring the impact of fraud behavior on the cooperation of manufacturing service and designing a decision-making method to contain fraud behavior.The main research contents are as follows:(1)For studying the trust relationship between manufacturing services,a trust model and evaluation method between manufacturing services are proposed.A binary network model of manufacturing collaboration network is established to analyze the trust between manufacturing services.A behavioral model and a trust model between production services are established,In order to prevent the malicious behavior of some service individuals to improve their trust value by completing a large number of lowvalue tasks,a method is proposed for evaluating the strength of manufacturing services.Finally,the dynamic weighted method is used to calculate the comprehensive trust value,comparison experiments are designed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.(2)In order to explore the impact of trust on the evolution of cooperative behavior of manufacturing services,a trust-based optimal response decision model is proposed.The decision model utilizes trust to predict the behavior of the manufacturing service and then predicts the profit based on the predicted behavior.Taking into account the incomplete rationality of the service individual,the model utilizes Fermi rules to choose the best decision-making behavior.Finally,some experiments are designed to explore the impact of trust on the cooperative behavior of the manufacturing services,and the applicability of the proposed model is analyzed.(3)Aiming at the fraud behaviors in manufacturing service group,a fraudoriented manufacturing service decision-making method is proposed.According to the characteristics and rules of different fraud behaviors,the corresponding detection and containment methods are designed,and the trust-based decision-making method of manufacturing service is improved.Finally,a fraud experiment is designed to study the influence of fraudulent individuals on cooperative behavior,and an anti-fraud experiment is designed to verify the improved decision-making method for the deception of fraud.
