Research On The Development Of Family Farms In Xiayi County

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,and put forward new requirements for how to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in the future.The core of rural rejuvenation is industrial boom,which mainly focuses on rejuvenating agricultural development.Vigorously cultivating new types of agribusiness can further promote structural reforms on the supply side of agriculture,and then improving the multi-faceted integrated development.For the first time in 2019,Central Document No.1 launched a family farm cultivation program.Vigorously cultivating a group of family farms of moderate scale,intensive and efficient production and operation can effectively solve the difficulties faces the small agricultural households in terms of production and operation,which is the main agricultural type in China,and then contributing to the improvement of overall condition of China's "big country small farmers" concerning the national and agricultural development ?In the context of the current rural revitalization strategy,based on the review and analysis of previous research relevant to family farms at home and abroad,the parer,adopting the theory of scale economy,the theory of agricultural industrialization and the theory of land property rights,combined with the literature analysis method and field survey,studies the family farm in Xiayi Count and analyzes the development status,existing problems and constraints on family farms in Xiayi County,Corresponding countermeasures are proposed on the basis of the actual development of family farms in Xiayi County at this stage.The research results are as follows:First of all,the family farm in xiayi county has achieved good development results,the number and scale of which are constantly increasing,and the operation mode and type structure shows a trend of rationalization and diversification,which occupies a leading position in the new agribusiness of xiayi county.Secondly,through in-depth research on the land use,capital investment,labor composition,agricultural technology application,social services,and production and operation of 90 survey subjects,four problems concerning the family farms in Xiayi County are investigated,namely small scale of land,little support for related funds,low level of management and specialization.Further analysis pointed out that difficulties in land transfer restrict the moderate scale operation of family farms,few financing channels and limited access to loans restricts the continuous investment of family farms,The overall quality of family farmers restricts the improvement of management,the incomplete social service system restricts the professionalization of family farms.Finally,in light of the above-mentioned problems together with the actual conditions of Xiayi County,the construction of a perfect land transfer system,the Guidance of orderly circulation of funds and expansion of the financing channels for family farms,Actively build a platform for industry-university-research cooperation and strengthen cultivation of agricultural talents,to increase the publicity and promotion,and to bring into play the leading role of successful models,the five aspects of countermeasures and suggestions concerning better development of family farms are put forward.Looking forward to exploring a path to promote better and faster development of family farms in Xiayi County through this study,and providing references for contributing to high-quality development of family farms in Xiayi County.
