Research On New Professional Farmer Cultivation System From The Perspective Of Agricultural Industrialization

With the accelerated pace of urbanization in China,a large number of rural people choose to work in cities,and a large number of rural laborers are lacking.The rural left-behind laborers are facing problems such as their low scientific and cultural quality and low level of agricultural skills.Against this background,China urgently needs to cultivate a group of new-type professional farmers with higher comprehensive qualities to increase the scientific and technological content of agriculture before,during,and during the production process,and to promote the conversion of primitive lowefficiency agriculture to modern agriculture.Since the "Central Document No.1" first introduced the concept of new-type professional farmers in 2012,the "Central Document No.1" for seven consecutive years has emphasized the importance of cultivating new-type professional farmers,and emphasized the need to accelerate the cultivation of new-type professional farmers from different perspectives Pace,vigorously develop rural human resources,and cultivate a new batch of new-type professional farmers who "love agriculture,understand technology,and be good at business." As an important agricultural province in China,Shanxi Province is the first batch of pilot areas designated by the state in 2012 to cultivate new-type professional farmers.Through years of hard work,it has achieved certain results,but there are still problems that cannot be ignored in some aspects.The main problems are the slow training process,the imperfect cultivation system,and insufficient investment.These problems have hindered the development of new professional farmers in Shanxi Province to a certain extent,and they have also hindered the overall process of developing modern agriculture in China.This paper studies the related concepts of new-type professional farmers.Based on the polycentric governance theory as the main theoretical foundation,supplemented by interest-driven theory,social interaction theory,and role theory,it expounds the relevant professional farmer training models at home and abroad,and analyzes Asia and Europe.And North American models;At the same time,based on the actual situation of agricultural science and technology training in the main agricultural production area of Y County,Shanxi Province,through the questionnaire survey,we learned about the current status of multi-center training of local new-type professional farmers by leading agricultural companies,agricultural science and technology colleges,and professional farmers' cooperatives And the satisfaction of farmers,Taking G Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.as a case,it deeply analyzes the role of the above supply bodies.It is concluded that the cultivation method of "company + cooperatives + agricultural science and technology colleges + farmers" can effectively increase production and income,improve the understanding and mastery of modern agricultural science and technology by new-type professional farmers,and bring practical benefits.At the same time,there are also problems such as the lack of scientific research institutions,insufficient incentives and incentives for the cultivation of leading agricultural enterprises,and the insufficient role of farmers' professional cooperatives.In response to these problems,it is proposed to increase the support and guidance for leading enterprises in major agricultural production areas,and take regional agriculture as an example.The center constructs agricultural science and technology training systems,improves the scientific and cultural qualities of the general agricultural population,and incorporates agricultural technology training into secondary school curricula.
