Study On Innovation Capabilities Of Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises Based On Innovative Ecosystem

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry and further intensification of international competition,cross-border e-commerce companies are facing more and more severe transformation pressure.Innovation capability has become the core capability of cross-border e-commerce companies to cope with fierce international competition.In the process of innovation and transformation,the most perplexed issues for government agencies and external investors are objective evaluation methods for enterprise innovation capabilities.Therefore,the research and development of the cross-border e-commerce enterprise's innovation capability evaluation index system,which can objectively,clearly and statistically reflect the enterprise's innovation capability,is very important.This paper proposes a set of innovation ability evaluation index system through the innovation of the ecosystem point of view,combined with the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce companies,and through the empirical analysis of listed companies,analyzes and compares the innovation capabilities of cross-border e-commerce companies.This study can help cross-border e-commerce companies to adopt better strategies in the process of innovation and transformation,and it also helps the government take measures to promote innovation and development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.The paper constructs first-level indicators to evaluate the innovation capability of cross-border e-commerce companies from three perspectives of innovation and ecological situation.The focus of innovation ecology is reflected in the innovation flow,that is,the dynamic development and environment of the enterprise's innovation activities.Specifically,innovation flows refer to government technical subsidies and corporate education and training expenditures.From cross-border e-commerce enterprises to enhance their innovation capabilities and the government to promote cross-border e-commerce industry development,the following recommendations are made: Comprehensive assessment of cross-border e-commerce enterprise innovation capabilities,rather than focusing on innovation output targets;cross-border e-commerce companies should pay attention to build Learning organizations promote the flow of new knowledge within the company;the government must strengthen the subsidy for cross-border e-commerce innovation companies and create a good environment for innovation.
