Research On The Environmental Technology Innovation Influencing Factors Of Chinese Industrial Enterprises

Currently most research of the environment technology innovation focused on the theoretical analysis and case analysis which according to the facts,there were not had in-depth econometric study of the environmental technology innovation industry.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign literature on the impact of environmental technology innovation of industrial enterprises in the two dimensions of industrial enterprises in the internal and external factors,from four aspects of technology enterprise equity factors,investment factors,market factors and environmental regulation factors were done theory introduction and eventually formed the econometric model of environmental technology innovation.As the main body of environmental technology innovation,industrial enterprises is the main research object of this article,the number of invention patent applications will measure the environmental technology innovation level of industry,panel data came from 30 provinces and municipalities and autonomous regions in China during the period 2008 through 2016 of industrial enterprise data stationarity test,F test and Hausman test can be used to determine the article to use fixed effects model,then using the fixed effects model to analysis.The four factors can positively promote the level of environmental technology innovation to a certain extent.The nature of equity for environmental technology innovation influence the level of minimum;technology innovation investment environment for technological innovation to enhance the level of the role is very large,is the key factor to the current level of technology innovation of industrial enterprises in China to improve the environment,China should increase investment for enterprise technological progress and corresponding policy incentives;with the strength of environmental regulation positive influence for environmental technology innovation;market structure environment for raising the level of technological innovation has positive effect,but weaker effect of capital investment,technology comparison of human input and the intensity of environmental regulation.We should give full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources.According to the conclusion,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.According to the above conclusion,we explore the factors influencing the improvement of environmental technology innovation: increasing enterprise's technological innovation environment for technological innovation;because of the commercialization,industrialization,by increasing market demand and stimulating environment to continue technological development;by the government to establish mandatory policies to guide environmental technology innovation.All of the above methods can make the innovation of environmental technology in our country further develop.
