With the advancement of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development policy and the non-capital function easing and other policies,as well as the improvement of basic roads such as the one-hour traffic circle,the logistics integration effect of the three places has become more significant.Under the combined effects of various factors,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network has evolved.The specific characteristics are as follows: the macroscopic observation results are based on the two nodes of Beijing and Tianjin as the core axis of radial expansion;the microscopic observation results are complexity and diversification of nodes and channels.This article regards the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network as a dynamically changing network structure that meets the characteristics of complex network systems.Therefore,this article selects the BA model in the complex network theory to build a cooperative evolution model of urban logistics,conducts in-depth research on its evolution process,and summarizes development evolution law,and put forward corresponding development countermeasures.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of the evolution characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network.The paper uses social network analysis methods to analyze the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network structure,and describes the current evolution characteristics of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics network from three perspectives: overall network density,centrality,and cohesive subgroups.In addition,the influencing factors that form this evolutionary feature are analyzed.(2)Based on the BA model with growth and preferential connection mechanism in complex network theory,this paper builds an evolution model of urban logistics network based on the attractive power of nodes.According to the analysis of the model,the degree,weight and attractiveness of a logistics node affect the probability that a new node is connected to it.The logistics network will change as its external conditions change,and the specific evolution direction will be determined according to the operating conditions.Because the structure of urban logistics network evolves with the characteristics of connection of attraction such as node attractiveness and edge weight,the urban logistics network has a multi-level structure.(3)From the perspective of the development law of urban logistics,the evolution of the structure of urban logistics network is summarized in detail.Based on the influence of various factors such as economics and society,urban logistics networks have experienced many changes from "decentralization to agglomeration,then diffusion and agglomeration" The phase evolution can be divided into four stages: lowlevel scattering stage,polarization development stage,axial-spread expansion stage,and high-level balanced development stage.At this stage,the logistics network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region presents a multi-layered structure.In the future,under the leading role of policy factors,it will evolve towards multi-polarization and equalization.(4)Based on the co-evolution law of the urban logistics network and the actual evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network,the countermeasures for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network are proposed from three aspects: integrate the basic logistics resources and logistics information resources of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics industry;in formulating policies and promoting a standardized logistics system,actively use the Management synergy;the establishment of a logistics enterprise alliance and a supply chain collaboration mechanism to further improve the coordination mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network.In general,the integrated construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics is a key step to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The in-depth study of the co-evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics network is indepth.On the one hand,it is beneficial to theoretically enrich the research results in urban logistics related fields.On the other hand,it can also guide the completion of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics development plan in practice,which is of great significance.
