Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Characteristic Agriculture Development In Liangzhou District, Wuwei Cit

Developing agriculture with characteristics is the main way to improve agricultural efficiency,increase farmers’ income,and promote rural development,a key measure to enhance agricultural competitiveness,and a basic force and fundamental guarantee for realizing rural revitalization.The agricultural industry in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City is an important part of the agriculture in Hexi Corridor,and how to transform the rich agricultural resource advantages of the district into economic development advantages is of great practical significance for Liangzhou District to achieve rural revitalization and high-quality economic development.In recent years,Liangzhou District of Wuwei City has made full use of the unique local natural resources and climatic environment,facing the market,and deeply promoted the development of "10+N" characteristic advantageous industries such as "along the mountain,along the river and along the sand",and "cattle,sheep,pigs,poultry,vegetables,fruits,potatoes,herbs,and milk watermelon,fresh cut flowers and grapes",focusing on promoting the development of the facility vegetable industry,promoting the effective connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,leading farmers to increase income,and boosting the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the theory of comparative advantage,the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of agricultural industrialization,this study uses literature research method and field research to summarize and analyze the collected information and data,carefully sort out the basic conditions for the development of characteristic agriculture in Liangzhou District,Wuwei City,and analyzes the development status and regional layout of vegetable industry,edible fungus industry,potato industry,Chinese medicinal materials industry and watermelon industry.At the same time,4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators of agricultural material equipment level,characteristic agricultural comprehensive output level,agricultural economic development level and sustainable development level were selected to construct the development level evaluation index system of characteristic agriculture in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,and the development level of characteristic agriculture in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City from 2012 to 2021 was analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy method and coefficient of variation method,and it was found that the characteristic agricultural development model of Liangzhou District of Wuwei City in 2021 has been initially realized.In the past ten years,the comprehensive level of characteristic agriculture in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City has been continuously improved.This study concludes from the evaluation and analysis that characteristic agriculture in Wuwei is currently at the stage of preliminary realization of characteristic agriculture and has achieved certain results,but there is still a great potential for development.According to the evaluation results of indicators,combined with the current situation of characteristic agricultural development of field research,it is found that there is relatively weak infrastructure and insufficient investment.Labor shortage and low quality,lack of professional talent;The development level of characteristic agricultural industrialization is low and the industrial chain is short;The construction of characteristic agricultural brands is insufficient and the popularity is low;The sales channels of characteristic agricultural products are narrow and the model is single.At the same time,it is proposed to improve infrastructure construction and increase investment in characteristic agriculture according to local conditions;Improve the quality of the workforce and cultivate professionals;Improve the level of characteristic agricultural industrialization and extend the industrial chain;Increase the construction of characteristic agricultural brands;Enhance product awareness;Scientific countermeasures such as developing e-commerce and broadening sales channels for characteristic agricultural products have played a certain role in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic agriculture in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,and better promote the rural revitalization of Wuwei City with the revitalization of characteristic industries.
