With the increasingly fierce competition in the credit card industry, the credit card issuing bank pay more and more attention to improve their core competitiveness. As an important part of human resource management, the performance appraisal is one of effective and important means to enhance the core competitiveness of credit card department of bank. How to discover, analyze and solve the problems of the original performance evaluation system for credit card marketing team of ZX bank has become an issue that need to be solved urgently.In this paper, the new performance evaluation system for credit card marketing team of ZX bank is studied based on the related theory and method about performance appraisal and investigation of the original performance evaluation system. Firstly, the current performance appraisal of the department manager, the planning manager and the business manager of marketing department of each sub-center is analyzed deeply. And then, the problems of the original performance evaluation system for credit card marketing team of ZX bank is discovered and analyzed. Secondly, the new performance evaluation system for credit card marketing team of ZX bank is proposed using the key performance indicators method,360degree feedback method, and the balanced scorecard method based on the principle of theory with practice. The proposed new performance evaluation system mainly includes the basic principles and objectives, index system and corresponding weights, appraisal calculation method, appraisal cycle, the application of appraisal results and so on. Finally, from the aspects of organization, system, information technology and training, the corresponding guarantee measures are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of proposed performance evaluation system in the actual work.The proposed new performance appraisal system for credit card marketing team of ZX bank can solve the problems existing in the original performance evaluation system, and have obtained better internal and external effects. At the same time, the proposed performance appraisal system also can be considered as the reference for the construction of performance appraisal system of other companies with similar situation.
