| With the advancement of globalization,more and more outstanding manufacturing enterprises in China through mergers and acquisitions abroad,started on the world stage sparkling,also made in China to the world,won the recognition of the enterprise after merger.After merger and acquisition,enterprises pay most attention to the integration of various resources,that is,the performance of merger and acquisition.By analyzing the performance of mergers and acquisitions,enterprises can help to understand the development of enterprises and timely adjust their strategies to adapt to the development of the market.However,which evaluation method can better ensure the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the performance evaluation results of mergers and acquisitions has become the primary problem for enterprises.This paper combines M group’s specific M&A activities to carry out the research on M&A performance evaluation.This paper first analyzes the motivations of both parties involved in M&A and the defects of M group’s existing M&A performance evaluation in the case,and then proposes an improvement plan of M&A performance evaluation based on balanced scorecard.Finally,it selects relevant data of M group from 2014 to 2018 for specific evaluation.The improvement direction is mainly based on two aspects: one is the dimension of evaluation.With the popularization of the concept of sustainable development and the introduction of a series of relevant policies,the only criterion for judging the long-term development of an enterprise is no longer whether it can make a profit.Instead,more attention has been paid to the performance of enterprises in undertaking social responsibilities.Therefore,according to the industry background of enterprises and relevant social responsibility guidelines,the dimension of social responsibility is increased.The second is the selection of indicators.The introduction of EVA index can be better reflected the value creation ability of an enterprise.Combined with the comprehensiveness of BSC,the evaluation result is more objective.At the same time,in order to facilitate the correlation of indicators in each dimension and intuitively observe the M&A performance,the ahp expert scoring method was used to weight and score the indicators in each dimension and calculate the final M&A performance score.It also analyzes M group’s M&A performance under the improved balanced scorecard and compares it with M group’s previous M&A performance evaluation method.In the end,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures to improve the application of BSC in M group’s M&A performance evaluation.The research in this paper not only provides optimization suggestions and safeguard measures for M group’s M&A performance evaluation method.At the same time,it provides a reference for the study of BSC theory on M&A performance evaluation in different cases of different industries and the optimization of BSC in M&A performance evaluation. |
