| With the rapid economic growth,housing issues of low-income people arouse a extensive attention in China society.Since the 17 th NPC,Chinese government has established mechanism to guarantee the houses of city residents,which achieved great success.However,the mechanism of housing safety and living environment in countryside has not been fully set up,massive decrepit houses threaten the life security and property of countryside residents.Implementing the policy of rural crisis housing reform makes a great improvement in the housing condition of countryside low-income residents.Wafangdian city takes it as a key project of Poverty Alleviation Work.The Rural Crisis Housing Reform is a key research topic for poverty alleviation in China,and has been widely concerned by all sectors of society in recent years.This article systematically considers the reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses in Wafangdian City from the same perspective of the social assistance system and the housing assistance system.Through a large amount of analysis of the reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses in Wafangdian City,the deep connotation and connection of the rural dilapidated houses to the social assistance system and the housing assistance system were deeply explored,and the two were integrated into the rural dilapidated houses reconstruction work,giving full play to Promoting role of rural dilapidated houses in poverty alleviation.This article uses theoretical research,field-research and interviews to analysis the status que of Wangfangdian countryside poverty residents as well as the situation of policy-implementing in rural crisis housing reform,trying to figure out the problems and causes while implementing policy.Improving existing implementation plans while drawing on relevant experience in domestic and overseas,I put forward a proposal,also making the effectiveness and feasibility analysis to propose a series of supporting measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the improved program. |
