Income Gap In Urban And Rural People

Since the adoption of the policy of Reform and Opening Up, the all round power of our country and the income of both urban and rural residents has increased to a great extent, and the level of residents lives has great developed ,but the income gap between urban and rural residents has tend to expand gradually.what's worse,it is a grave problem which will restrict our further reform. According to the latest news from the agriculture department,the difficulty of raising the income of rural residents has doubled,the ratio of income gap between urban and rural residents has enhanced from 3.33:1 to 3.36:1, the absolute gap has first exceed to 10,000.From the world prospective ,this problem in china is more serious than other countries at present. And it has been a barrier to contributing our harmonious society.The dissertation clarifise the distribution theory of Marxism and its guiding sense,and then,analyses the change,state of the income gap between rarul and urban residents, discusses its influence on the developing of our economic and society. Next, the dissertation discusses the cause of this problem. In my opinion, it includes four reasons: agriculture ,history, refoming, and fiscal expenditure. On the basis of the research above, the dissertation discusses the institutional innovation for bridging the income gap between urban and rural residents, it indicates that we should establish protecting mechanism for developing agriculture, transform surplus labours quickly,build up rural social security system,and develop rural education as soon as possible. If we don't care about this problem ,it will be worse .
