In the current situation of China's economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force in the current national economic development.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have the characteristics of strong flexibility,vigor of economic growth,diversification of products and services,and have made important contributions to promoting the development of national economy and alleviating employment pressure.But in the face of major large enterprises and platforms,the competition of talents makes small and medium-sized enterprises face certain difficulties,and knowledge workers become the prerequisite for the development of enterprises,to maintain the competitiveness and innovation of enterprises,become the key to the competition of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to better absorb talents and retain talents.Employee motivation has become an important part of human resource management in enterprises.Therefore,how to use the incentive mechanism to mobilize the staff's enthusiasm,initiative,increase employee satisfaction and well-being,reduce staff turnover rate,allow enterprises to occupy a space for one person in such a competitive society,is one of the key concerns of small and medium sized enterprises.According to an Internet plus education type of entrepreneurial company as the case enterprise,case study.Using the literature method,read the research results of the predecessor and searches a large number of second-hand information on the mobile phone network,and refers to the incentive theory at home and abroad.Using the questionnaire,investigate and analyze the current situation of motivation mechanism of knowledge employees of the enterprise,find the LP company incentive mechanism defects exist,make full use of knowledge theory with practice,a reasonable incentive mechanism,to compensate for the lack of LP,excitation mechanism,change the internal staff status of the loss rate high.Through this research,we can make up for the lack of incentive mechanism and explore more effective ways and means of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and provide some reference value for the effective development and utilization of human resources in innovative.
