Improvement Research On Agile Development Of IT Project Of Chengdu XL Company

In the era of rapid development of the Internet industry,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have joined the army of information reform.Chengdu XL Company is such a company.Due to the changes in the environment,the company began to transform its technology and shifted its focus to online product development.However,due to lack of management experience,organizational structure is confusing,and there is no complete management system,resulting in current work is difficult to carry out,and work efficiency is low.Agile development is a development model that can better solve the rapid changes in demand,effectively improve the efficiency of software development,and effectively enhance the competitiveness of R&D.The CMMI model can provide strong support for enterprises to build stable project organizations.Therefore,through the combination of the two,we can provide a feasible solution to the above problems to solve the dilemma of these small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper firstly expounds and analyzes agile development,CMMI,and project evaluation methods through literature analysis,then analyzes the current situation of XL based on CMMI model,points out the problems of the company,and then according to the CMMI model and the Scrum model in agile development.The improvement plan is proposed for the department organization structure and the company development process,and the DEA CCR model is used as the XL company software project evaluation plan,and finally the feasibility of the example and production data verification method is used.Through this article,I hope to give similar reference to XL company in the development of IT projects,and based on the examples,explore the problems of agile development,put forward some suggestions for improvement,and further improve the feasibility of agile development and transformation.
