The outbreak of the global financial crisis forced China to change the development model of export-dependent in the past,and to transform and upgrade the industrial structure to cope with the new social and economic normality which has weakening development power and low-end overcapacity.Innovation is the most effective way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and consolidate the power of development.So innovation has also received more and more attention from enterprises.F company is a Sino-foreign joint venture large-scale petrochemical company transformed from a traditional state-owned company.This paper attempts to study the various problems faced by F company's current management model through literature analysis,survey interviews,case study methods,in order to get the corresponding solutions to help the healthy development of the company.Based on an in-depth understanding of the operation status of F company,the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's management from the aspects of manager's thinking model,company strategy model,company organization model and control model,and uses this as a starting point to sort out the current dilemma and reasons of F company's management.Then setting the overall goal of management model innovation combine with the internal and external factors,and proposing achievable paths from thinking model,strategic model,organizational model and control model which help to overcome management inertia and deviate inefficient "locked" to the goal.(1)Build a company leadership training system and establish a "people-oriented" and "systematic" thinking mode;(2)Implement a centralized strategy,concentrate on limited resources to develop some products and market segments,and achieve product differentiation through value-added services;(3)To shape a more efficient organizational model through organizational structure change,process reengineering,information construction,and transformation of information communication;(4)Reconstruction evaluation and assessment mechanism,emphasizing incentives and constraints in parallel,enriching incentive types,improving incentive intensity to effectively use evaluation and assessment results,and carrying out target cost management based on centralized strategy.Through the above study and research,while helping F company to solve the management dilemma and break through the development bottleneck,it can also provide a powerful reference for the similar petrochemical enterprises' management model innovation and getting rid of path dependence.
