Research On The Innovation Of Region And Industries On The Basis Of The Path Dependence Theory

Industrial innovation is the key agent of regional and industrial development. The keys to promoting regional innovation lie in building a creative system with complete elements, reasonable structure, efficient motion. This is the vital points for improving the country’s self-innovation ability as well as creating a innovation-oriented country. To understand the existing meaning of regional innovation system and the direction of development, we need to do an investigation into the regional innovation system in the experience of history and reality.Path dependence theory in evolution economics pays attention to the important role of "historical small events". It emphasizes the time is irreversible and the space is heterogeneous. It is very important to do research on the path of the innovation system of region and industries with the path dependence theory to discusses the technology and the institution to promote or hinder the development mechanism of the cluster in the process of innovation."Wuhan optical valley of china" is a card of the high-tech zone to second venture.Do a research of the path dependence of technological change and institutional change in the process of its innovation,can not only provide scientific management tools to itselfs construction and development,but also provide some reference for other areas to research their innovation system of region and industries.The innovative points of this paper are as follows:First, it discusses the relationship between the national innovation system, the regional innovation system and the industrial innovation system, and it contributes to the deep and full grasp to the innovation system state and operation, scientific guiding policy of innovation to make a contribution.
