Research On Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism Integrating Corporate Social Responsibility

The process of globalization promotes the formation of the supply chain,but at this stage,the market competition is intensifying.Many companies are willing to go their own way in order to chase the bottom line of interests,completely ignoring the social responsibilities they have to bear,seriously jeopardizing the rights and interests of consumers,the natural environment and the supply.The interests of other companies in the chain affect the sustainable development of the supply chain.In order to promote economic development and social stability,enterprises in the same supply chain need to strengthen cooperation,share social responsibilities,and help each other,so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win,and promote long-term sustainable development of the supply chain.In this regard,this paper aims to provide a set of coordination mechanisms that take into account corporate social responsibility for enterprises in the supply chain at the present stage,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to undertake social responsibility,and promote the sustainable development of the supply chain.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Investigate the research status at home and abroad,and understand the evolution of corporate social responsibility,the content of corporate social responsibility and the object of responsibility.The current situation of the sustainable development mechanism of the supply chain was investigated,which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the following research,analyzed some problems in the coordinated operation of the supply chain in China,and analyzed the causes to Affirmed the necessity of studying the coordination mechanism of supply chain.(2)A three-tier model of supply chain considering corporate social responsibility was created,including suppliers,manufacturers and retailers,and carried out model solving under the two methods of independent decision-making and cooperative decision-making by all enterprises.The cooperative decision-making of all enterprises is higher than the independent decision-making of each enterprise.The high level of corporate social responsibility and the high market demand for supply chain products help to increase the total profit of the supply chain.(3)A profit sharing mechanism considering the three-level model of corporate social responsibility supply chain is proposed.Considering that corporate social responsibility will incur a certain cost in the process of undertaking,it is necessary to share these costs,because not all social responsibility can produce the benefits of the supply chain,so this paper has been refined in the traditional way.After satisfying the basic interests of each enterprise,this paper proposes a method for adjusting the distribution of surplus profits based on the level of social responsibility.In short,the supply chain profit sharing mechanism proposed in this paper and integrated into corporate social responsibility has certain reference significance for the sustainable development of supply chain.
