Research On Cross-regional Food Safety Supervision In The Yangtze River Delta From The Perspective Of Public Governance

Food safety is related to the physical and mental health of the people,the economic development of the country and social stability.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,China's food safety supervision system has undergone a series of reforms,and the food safety situation has been greatly improved,but the overall situation is still not satisfactory.In this context,the study of China's food safety supervision is particularly important.The development of various aspects of society and economy such as transportation and network has shortened the distance between people.The population has convenient flow,convenient communication,and the cross-regional transportation of food has also increased.At the same time,cross-regional food safety issues are beginning to emerge,and cross-regional food safety regulation has become a new topic that deserves our research.This thesis consists of 6 parts,and studies the cross-regional food safety supervision issues in the Yangtze River Delta region with relatively mature regional cooperation.The first part is the introduction,expounding the background and research significance,research status and research ideas and content.The second part is to analyze the theory of public governance and cross-domain governance to explore the application of cross-domain governance theory in the perspective of public governance.Inspiration for cross-regional food safety regulatory issues;the third part studies the cross-regional food safety issues and regulatory status in the Yangtze River Delta region;the fourth part discusses the main performance and causes of cross-regional food safety regulatory issues in the Yangtze River Delta region;The fifth part expounds the enlightenment of foreign food safety governance experience on China's cross-domain governance.The sixth part,from the perspective of public governance,proposes a “diversity participation” supervision model to achieve cross-regional food safety supervision in the Yangtze River Delta region.
