Design And Application Of Performance Evaluation System For EMS Couriers In Z City

The China express mail ervice(EMS),as the product of the postal system reformation,has established the modern enterprise system through restructing.With the development of economic globalization,also faced many competitors from monopoly to competition.EMS urgently need to establish a core strategy that can serve the enterprise,and need to settle the human resources.The courier's number is the largest proportion of the company personnel,therefore the company need a performance evaluation index system that can adapt to express logistics market competition environment better,and then enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.The thesis firstly introduced on the basis of purpose of study,significance of reaearch,relative study in both domestic and overseas as well as content and methods.Secondly,it described basic theories of the couriers of logistic enterprises performance evaluation and introduced the definitions of performance as well as performance evaluation.The third chapter takes the couriers of Z city's EMS as a case,analyzing its existing performance evaluation problems.The fourth chapter puts forward the performance evaluation index system improved methods,then using the BSC method,the KPI method and the AHP method to redesign the performance evaluation system of the EMS.The fifth chapter based on the constructed courier performance evaluation system,using the case analysis method and the fuzzy evaluation method to verify its effectiveness and utility.
