With the aim of investigating the nature of the relationship between organizational trust,transformational leadership,and employee innovative behavior,the research employed a correlation analysis that revealed that all the aforementioned variables are significantly and positively correlated with each other.After analyzing 270 questionnaires collected from the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research,water research division,the positive impact of employee innovation by the organizational trust through transformational leadership is verified.The research results showed that organizations can build employees' innovation by building an organizational environment through trust and the mediation of transformational leadership.Again,in terms of analysing the number of years respondents have been with the research firm,it was confirmed descriptively from the study that most of the staff have generally not been with the firm for a longer period and this is due to the reason being that the organization continuously recruits new staff as the old ones are either pursuing higher academic degree or have been transferred to another region within the organization.With the aim investigating the nature of the relationship between organizational trust,transformational leadership,and employee innovative behavior,the research employed a correlation analysis that revealed that all the aforementioned variables are significantly and positively correlated with each other.The application of one sample mean t-test to assess factor that constitutes significantly to organizational trust,employee innovative behavior and transformational leadership respectively revealed that(i)Uprightness of the company,consistency and predictable way of treating employees,company's good motivation and intentions,frankness and openness of the company,fair treatment to employees,help,and support from the company,care about employees welfare and employees believe in the company are the main variables that significantly enhances the trust of employees in their respective research organizations in order to bring forth innovative ideas in terms of wealth creation.(ii)Proactiveness in finding and adopting new technologies,new procedures,new process new processes,and new ideas for improving products,continuous proposal of new and creative improvements for work,Conscientiously funding the budgeting and actively seeking for financial support to complete innovation-related ideas,Developing a detailed plan for implementing new ideas and a timeline for completing the plan are agreed by respondents involved in the study to be the significant innovative behaviors exhibited by employees in their respective firms.(iii)Allowing employees to look at old problems in new ways,motivating employees to do more than what is originally expected from them,employees being satisfied with the leadership style their respective managers use in getting job done in their respective companies,managers allowing employees to solve the same problem in different ways and managers emphasizing on the use of intelligence to overcome obstacles constitutes significantly to transformational leadership.
