With the progress of society and the development of cities, more and more land acquisitions have occurred. With the increase in land acquisition, the phenomenon of conflicts arising from land acquisition has also increased. In recent years, there has been a new phenomenon in the land acquisition conflict.A village was relocated after several years ago due to land acquisition. The villagers moved smoothly after receiving compensation payments. After a few years, due to the expansion of the development area, these villagers faced In the face of government departments, the villagers raised higher demands in the economy and other aspects.Once the appeal is not met,the relationship between the government and the villagers is arrogant and the conflict is triggered. Therefore, the introduction of a theory for studying the causes and causes of land requisition in the second expropriation, and how to prevent the occurrence of conflicts and how the government does the relevant management work is of great significance for the study of the second expropriation of land conflicts.Taking the villagers' conflicts in M ??Village in Nanning in 2017 as an example, the paper selects the "social combustion theory" as the research tool, and uses the theory combined with the case method to analyze the causes and processes of conflict events, and focus on prevention and response.Strategies and methods for this type of conflict. At the same time,it is attempted to incorporate the M-village secondary land conflict incident into the framework of “social combustion theory”,and analyze and discuss the events from the three major frameworks of “combustion materials”,“combustion promoters” and “fire guides”.
