Study On The Cooperative Development Of New Urbanization And Land Use Benefits In Kunming

The development of new urbanization and land use benefit is closely related to our life.The new level of urbanization reflects the proportion of the population settled in or living in cities and towns;the soundness of basic public services and infrastructure,such as health care,security and education,which are inseparable from the residents;and the disparity in the living standards of urban and rural residents.Land use benefits reflect the economic,social and ecological benefits brought to social development and human life after land is put into use.New urbanization and land use benefits interact and interact.Its interaction is reflected in:first,the development of new urbanization needs the support of land use efficiency,at the same time,the development of new urbanization will promote economic and social benefits;second,economic growth,good environment,will promote the development of new urbanization;and slow economic development,poor living environment,will hinder the development of new urbanization.Thus,the two will promote each other,and if the balance is not good will also hinder each other.Therefore,studying the coupling and coordination relationship between new urbanization and land use benefit and whether they develop simultaneously will provide some reference value for the future development of the study area.This paper takes Kunming City(Wuhua District,Panlong District,Xishan District,Guandu District,Chenggong District)as the research area,From the urbanization level of population(urbanization rate of resident population,urbanization rate of household registration population),basic public services and infrastructure level(education,medical care,security),urban-rural co-ordination level(per capita disposable incomeratio of rural to urban residents,per capita living consumption expenditure ratio of rural to urban residents),economic benefits(land per capita fixed assets investment,land per capita second and third industries added value,tourism income as a proportion of GDP),social benefits(population density,ten thousand people owned construction land area,per capita cultivated land area,etc.),ecological benefits(forest coverage,green area,environmental protection index,etc.Based on the analysis of the development trend and spatial difference of new urbanization and land use benefit in 2005-2018,32 indexes were selected in the six subsystems.Secondly,the coupling degree and coordinated development degree of new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming were measured by coupling degree model and coordinated development degree,and the coupling coordination relationship and synchronous development degree were clarified.Finally,the ARIMA model was used to predict the coordinated development degree of new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming from2019-2025.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)the development trend and spatial difference analysis of new urbanization in Kunming.It is concluded that the level of new urbanization in Kunming is on the rise,among which the level of population urbanization,basic public services and infrastructure is on the rise;the level of urban and rural overall planning has risen and decreased;the Wuhua and Panlong districts are on the decline;and the Xishan,Guandu and Chenggong districts are on the rise.Therefore,Wuhua District and Panlong District should strive to improve the overall level of urban and rural planning to achieve urban and rural integration development.The spatial differences of the new urbanization level in Kunming are analyzed,and the conclusions of the new urbanization level from big to small are Guandu District,Xishan District,Panlong District,Wuhua District and Chenggong District.(2)Development trend and spatial difference analysis of land use benefit in Kunming.The results show that the land use benefit index of Kunming has increased to a certain extent,among which,the economic benefit index shows an upward trend;in thesocial benefit index,except Panlong area,the other four areas show an upward trend;in the ecological benefit index,Wuhua District,Guandu District and Panlong District show an upward trend,while the Xishan District and Gong District show a downward trend.Ecological benefits are a very sensitive system,it has vulnerability and difficult to recover.Therefore,in the development of land use benefits,we should focus on the development of ecological benefits.The spatial difference analysis of land use benefit in Kunming is carried out,and it is concluded that the land use benefit index is Guandu District,Wuhua District,Xishan District,Chenggong District and Panlong District from big to small.(3)Analysis of the coupling degree between new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming.It is concluded that new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming belong to high level coupling stage.Among them,although Panlong region also belongs to the high level coupling stage,its coupling degree index is the lowest,it is only 0.8709 in 2005,and it rose to 0.9959 in 2018,but it still belongs to the last of the five regions.(4)Analysis of the coordinated development degree of new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming.The research shows that the coordinated development index of Kunming is gradually increasing.The coordinated development index from high to low in 2018 is: Guandu District > Xishan District > Wuhua District > Panlong District > Chenggong District.The index of coordinated development degree in Guandu District,Xishan District and Wuhua District is greater than 0.8,which belongs to the category of good coordinated development;the index of coordinated development degree in Panlong District and Chenggong District is between 0.7-0.8,which belongs to the category of intermediate coordinated development.(5)Forecast of the coordinated development degree of new urbanization and land use benefit in Kunming.The forecast results show that in 2025,the coordinated development degree index of Guandu District,Xishan District and Wuhua District is greater than 0.9,which belongs to the category of high quality coordinateddevelopment;the coordinated development degree index of Chenggong District is0.8784,which belongs to the category of intermediate coordinated development;and the coordinated development degree index of Panlong District is 0.7251,it still belongs to the category of intermediate coordinated development.
