Evaluation On The Coupling And Coordination Development Between Land Use Benefits And Urbanization In Qinzhou

Urbanization is the trend of the development of the modern society, its development is bound to whether the use of land resources of a country or area is rationalization or not, which has inseparable connection. The speeding up of urbanization is accompanied by a series of social, economic and environmental problems, which causes certain influence to the sustainable development of the town. And infinite expansion of urbanization development pattern takes up a lot of high quality cultivated land, the decreasing of cultivated land quantity and land input-output ratio decreased result in the development of urbanization and land use coordinated development. So the land use benefit and coupling coordination of urbanization, is not only beneficial to the formulation of the related areas of land management, land policy, realize the sustainable development of cities, but also the coordination of Qinzhou to realize urbanization and land utilization has great realistic significance.This paper makes Qinzhou as the study area, reference to the land utilization efficiency at home and abroad and the relevant concepts and theory system of urbanization; in combination with Qinnan District’s and Qinbei District’s present situation of land utilization in 2013 and analysis urbanization development; Respectively from six aspects of the land utilization:the land economic benefit, the land social benefits, the land ecological benefits and population urbanization, economic urbanization, social urbanization, this paper selects the 22 indexes to build land utilization benefits and urbanization coupled system of coordinated development; Through the coupling coordination degree model, relative development degree model, correlation model, this paper carries out the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Qinzhou’s land utilization benefits and coupling coordination degree model of urbanization. Then it comes to the following conclusions:(1) According to 2013 Qinnan District’s and land change data, the result show that the proportion of agricultural land is the largest, followed by construction land and other land. From the analysis of Qinnan District’s and Qinbei District’s land use dynamic situation, the 2003-2013 annual transportation land of rate is the largest, and the second is orchard land. By calculating, the diversity index of Qinnan’s land utilization of Gm is 0.77 and the diversity index of Qinbei’s land utilization of Gm is 0.71.(2)The degree of coupling between Qinzhou’s land utilization efficiency and urbanization from 2002 to 2013 is in the stage of rivalry in addition to 2002 in a low stage coupling degree. Coupling coordination degree has experienced four stages: mild disorder, on the verge of disorder, barely coordination and primary coordination.(3) This paper uses the related analysis methods to research the correlation between urbanization level and 12 indexes of land utilization efficiency. There is no linear relationship between the development of urbanization and per capita of urban road area, industrial waste emissions, industrial emissions of carbon dioxide. From this paper, in the indexes of land utilization efficiency, the three largest correlations with the level of urbanization are:per area industrial production> per area gross domestic product> the population density.Based on this proposed four aspects, this paper puts forward to improve Qinzhou’s land utilization benefits.The advice coupled with urbanization are:to optimize the land utilization structure, to coordinate the urbanization development with the protection of land resources, to establish reasonably the general land utilization planning and overall urban planning, and also to protect and improve the ecological environment.
