A Study On The Path Of Poverty Reduction Of Tourism In Yunnan Poor Villages Based On Self-organization Theory

To alleviate poverty and move towards a well-off society in an all-round way is the main goal of poverty alleviation in China.According to the practice of poverty alleviation in China,it is found that the "blood transfusion" and "blood replenishing" poverty alleviation methods are difficult to fundamentally solve the problem of poverty.At present,problems such as the lack of endogenous power of the poor,the imperfect mechanism and system,and the serious phenomenon of returning to poverty have become increasingly prominent.With the rapid development of rural tourism,many poor areas have achieved the effect of poverty reduction and Poverty Alleviation under the guidance of tourism development.The development of rural tourism has become an effective way for poor areas to achieve effective poverty reduction and poverty alleviation and improve the level of economic development.Based on the public welfare project of tourism poverty alleviation planning in three districts and three prefectures,this paper selects Huixian natural village in Mangshi,Dehong Prefecture as a case study.Tourism plays a key role in poverty reduction and poverty alleviation in Mangshi,and has a positive impact on the poor villagers,promoting the effective poverty reduction of local tourism.In this paper,explain the self-organization mechanism of applicability poverty reduction in tourism of poor villages,and the evolution process of self-organization in poverty-stricken villages' Tourism poverty reduction is analyzed,and the "mechanism capacity" modelof self-organization in poverty-stricken villages' Tourism poverty reduction is constructed.Then,through the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews with the members of the board of supervisors and the village committee of the Rural Tourism Cooperative Council,using the data processing method of mathematical statistics,using the methods of AHP,factor analysis and IPA,combined with the in-depth interview data to evaluate and analyze the villagers' self-organization ability of poverty reduction in tourism.The author analyzes the basic situation of the tourism development of Huixian natural village by going to Huixian natural village in Mangshi to obtain first-hand investigation data;secondly,evaluates the self-organization mechanism of tourism poverty reduction in Huixian natural village,and factor analyzes the evaluation indexes of villagers' self-organization ability of tourism poverty reduction,including "the ability to learn cultural knowledge","the ability to learn tourism professional skills" and "participation" 17 evaluation index,such as the ability to work with scenic spots,the ability to mediate tourism conflicts,and the ability to master production technology,are summarized into four criteria levels,namely,self-learning ability,self participation ability,self governance ability,and self-protection ability;the weights of each indicator are calculated by AHP,and the scores are calculated;the weights of each evaluation indicator are horizontal Axis is the vertical axis of the score of self-organizing ability.Draw the IPA analysis chart,and make an in-depth analysis of the analysis chart based on the content of the interview,so as to find the self-organizing ability that needs to be improved and cultivated.Finally,put forward the path to improve the self-organizing mechanism of poverty reduction of tourism in poor villages: establish an all-round incentive mechanism,improve the coordinated development mechanism,activate the endogenous development power,and balance the interest subjects;The path to improve the self-organization ability of poverty alleviation in tourism is to enhance self-learning ability,increase self participation ability,strengthen self governance ability,and cultivate self-protection ability.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly,poverty alleviation of tourism in poor villages is an open and unbalanced self-organization system,whichcan be analyzed and studied by self-organization theory under the influence of internal and external factors;secondly,the self-organization evaluation system of tourism poverty alleviation in poor villages is constructed,which is mainly evaluated and analyzed from two aspects of self-organization mechanism and self-organization ability;thirdly,the self-organization mechanism of tourism poverty reduction in Huixian natural village needs to be improved,lacking the policies,measures and regulations to establish incentive mechanism,and the collaborative development mechanism needs to be further optimized;fourthly,Fourthly,the overall ability of self-organization of poverty reduction of Huixian villagers is relatively low,according to the IPA analysis,it is found that the ability to learn cultural knowledge,the ability to learn professional skills of tourism,the ability to combine industry,learning and tourism,and the ability to participate in the processing and sales of tourism commodities are in the fourth quadrant,which can improve the self-organization ability of poverty reduction of Huixian villagers There is a significant positive effect,The government,village committee or cooperatives should invest a lot of money,time and energy,and strive to improve and enhance their capabilities in this regard.At present,the task of poverty alleviation in our country has come to a critical juncture.The effective way of this stage is to establish self-organization mechanism and cultivate self-organization ability.Tourism poverty reduction in poor villages is an open system,and the self-organization of tourism poverty reduction in poor villages is also a process of continuous optimization.In the process of tourism poverty reduction,we should not only increase the government's support to the tourism industry,but also improve the self-organization mechanism of tourism poverty reduction in the poor villages,tap the self-organization development ability of the poor people to participate in tourism poverty reduction,and improve the endogenous development ability of the poor areas,so that the poor people can get rid of poverty ideologically and economically.
